Taylee Things

I have so many random pictures from the last few months of 2012 of miss Taylee and I know I am going to want to remember them and what she is doing at this age. She grows and changes so much every day.

She loves books and reads them several times a day!

Loves bath time! Santa brought her some bath bubbles and she does NOT like those. We will try again in a few months.

Decorating the Christmas tree. I was worried she would constantly be into the tree, but she only touched the lights a couple of times. She would rather get into the presents!

Giving her dog loves. She loves Ace she chases him around, steels his toys, plays tug a wore , Chases him around with his leash and says "sit". She loves him so much that Ace was one of the first words she said. She just forgets the A so she calls him sssss.

We went to the live nativity scene in American Fork. She refuses to leave gloves,mittens, or socks on her hands.

we went to the little village of lights in Ogden. She loved running around, but again would not keep anything on her hands so we didn't last to long. She also wont keep socks on.

Her knew thing is to sit in the laundry basket. She will sit in there for quite a while, and if you take her out before she is ready she will let you know that she is mad.

Grandma took the girls to build a bear and they made reindeer.

She loves putting things on her head. She wont leave headbands on but she will put them on and off herself.

We sure do love this girl!
Some other things she does at 14 months (well almost 14 months)

Walks/runs everywhere
Sleeps 11-12 hours at night (unless teething)
Loves her bink
Does not like milk
Loves pretty much all food
Waves hi and bye
folds her arms when you tell her to or you say lets say prayers
Knows where her nose is.
If you ask her what the cow says she says mmmmmm
says sit, mamma, dadda, eye, ace (ssss) whats that, no
dances anytime my phone rings or if she hears music
You ask her to jump and she squats up and down
loves patty cake and her favorite part is throw it in the oven
gives high fives
Gives a loud high pitch squeal when she hears Jason come home from work. Daddy's girl for sure!

Christmas 2012

We had a wonderful Christmas and I am sad it is over. I am also sad that I didn't take very many pictures.

Christmas Eve we spent with the Erickson family.

Christmas day we opened presents at home and then headed down to my parents where we had a yummy prime rib dinner and got to skype with my Little brother who is on a mission.

Santa brought Taylee this little Ball house and she loves it! 

She got really good at opening presents

Those of you who know me know I cant handle surprises! I snoop and always know what I am getting.  This Christmas was full of surprises! Jason double wrapped my present and then wrote all over the tape (just in case I opened it before Christmas) In the past I may have opened my presents and wrapped them back up or blamed it on the dog. It was fun to be surprised and he did good!

Probably the best Present ever was skyping with Elder Waddoups. It was also bittersweet because saying goodbye was really hard. Only one more Christmas away and he will be home!

Ice Cream Birthday Party!

We had an Ice Cream Party for Miss Taylee.

Thanks for everyone who came to help celebrate her special day. We sure do love this little girl!  

12 Months!

My baby is ONE!! time seriously goes so fast I have loved every stage (in different ways) and love watching her grow and learn new things.

At 12 months Taylee

Sleeps about 10 hours at night and one 2 hour nap
She loves to eat and eats what we eat.
She is officially done nursing but does not love Cows milk yet (were working on it)
She will stand by her self for a long time and can stand up in the middle of the room with out having to pull herself up.
She has taken a few steps but still choses to crawl everywhere.
She loves stuffed animals and always cuddles them when she sees one.
She loves the bath and yells at me when I get her out.
She says mom, dadda, uh-oh, and points to everything and says whats that? she also talks in her own language :)
She weighs 22 pounds and is 75% and is 30 inches long 95%
She wont keep bows or headbands in. Its a constant battle that I will win :)
She loves her dad, when he is home she rarely wants anything to do with me.

We love her so much!
She had her Ice Cream birthday party and it was so much fun! (post on that to come)

1 year photo shoot!

I cant believe miss Taylee will be a year in a week!

11 months!

I cant believe my baby is 11 months! I swear I just had her!

I think its safe to say that she is becoming more and more like a toddler and less like a baby!

At 11 months she stands all by herself.

She is into everything!!

She is no longer eating baby food, and eats pretty much everything we eat. She is a really good eater!

She is now in a big girl car seat (still rear facing)

She loves stuffed animals! she hugs them and lays all over them! Anytime we go to the store I give her one to keep her entertained

At 11 months she also

says Uh-oh (sounds like Uh-awe)
says mama , dada
clicks her tongue
Still loves the bath
Loves almost all food
loves to put blankets or clothes over her head and play peek a boo
She goes to bed around 8 and usually wakes up once but we just let her go back to sleep on her own. Hopefully some day she will be an awesome sleeper!
She loves the dog
She has 4 teeth and got them all at once!
She has us wrapped around her little finger.


We think she is pretty cute :)
